Registration for Furnal Equinox is now open!

To begin the process, select your desired membership level below.

You must have a Furnal Equinox site account to register for the convention. If you don't, click here to create one!

How to Register

Because our registration system is new this year, here's a quick walk through it:

1. On this page, click on the membership level you want (Member or Sponsor).
2. Fill in the space for your badge name, date of birth, and if applicable, T-shirt size. Then click "Add to cart".
3. Review your order on the Shopping Cart page, then click "Checkout".
4. On the next page, under "billing address", enter the attendee's full name and address. This must be the information that appears on the attendee's legal identification.
   If you have a promotional code from a competition or as a 2011 volunteer, enter it under "Coupon discount". Then select how you want to pay under "Payment method" (we prefer PayPal, but will accept payment by mail.)
   Don't forget to check the box at the bottom confirming you've read the Code of Conduct.
5. Confirm your order is correct on the last page, and then click "Submit Order". If you selected PayPal as your payment method, you'll automatically be redirected there for payment.

Please note that you can only have one membership in your cart at a time. If you want to pay for multiple attendees, you have to complete your order before initiating another one. Make sure that you're entering address information for the attendee, and not for you.

After you register, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. You can also access "My Account" when logged in and click the Orders tab to review your registration details.

Why Preregister?

Makes your life easy! By preregistering before the convention, we'll have all your information ready instead of you having to fill out forms; so you'll save time in the registration line and we'll be able to send you on your way even faster.

Save money! Registering early for the con gives you our best "Early Bird" rates. You can save up to $10 from the at-door membership price by registering before November 30, 2011, and $5 by registering before March 4, 2012!

If you're not able to preregister, full memberships will still be available at the door. Single day memberships will also be available for purchase $20 on Friday, $25 on Saturday (discounted during the evening), and $20 on Sunday. You can pay at the door with Visa, MasterCard, and cash.

For Dealers

If you're a dealer, please don't register through this system! Make sure to go to the Dealers page to download and review the Dealers Package, and then apply for a table!

Other Notes

The price of your convention membership is all-inclusive. There are no additional taxes or fees.

If you are under the age of 18 as of Opening Ceremonies, the Parental Consent Form must be completed by your parent or legal guardian and submitted at the registration table when you register for the convention. Attendees under 15 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. The Parental Consent Form is available for donwload at the bottom of the page.
